Friday, May 1st, 2025 will be our final line dancing night at the American Legion in Waxhaw, NC.

It’s been a wonderful 2½ years of dancing, laughter, and friendship at this location. We’re so grateful for the memories we’ve made together. However, as time has gone on, our ability to host at the Legion has become increasingly limited. Looking ahead, we found that over the next six months, there are only a handful of weekends where our availability aligns with the Legion’s schedule.

In addition, growing responsibilities in our day jobs have made the one-hour commute more challenging than ever. Taking all of this into consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to end our contract with the American Legion.

All upcoming Friday night sessions in Waxhaw will be cancelled.

That said, this isn’t “goodbye”—many of us dance together at other venues, and we fully intend to keep dancing. So while this chapter is closing, the dancing continues elsewhere.
