Footwear
The Infinity Ballroom, one of the largest ballrooms in Charlotte, prides itself on having one of the best dance floors. To ensure we do not damage the floor, “Cowboy Boots” or any hard-soul footwear will not be allowed.
“Dance Boots” are allowed.

Shuttle Schedule (Lot C)
A shuttle van will be supplied at key hours of the day to shuttle dancers to/from LOT C Infinity overflow lot. (see parking below).

Getting There & Parking
Infinity Ballroom is located in South West Charlotte at 4038 Old Pineville Road, Charlotte, NC 28217, Minutes from the CLT Airport, 485, 77 and the Billy Graham Parkway. Located right along side the Lynx Blue Line.
Lynx Blue Line – the closest station is Scaleybark Station.
Parking
Infinity Ballroom has 3 dedicated parking locations. Lot A is in the front of the building, Lot B In the back of the building, And an “overflow” Lot C.
Lot A and Lot B are small with only a few spots available each. Handicap parking is available in Lot A.
The non-handicap parking along the front of the build (Lot A) is reserved for event staff
Street Parking
Street parking is available along E. Peterson Drive, and E. Cama Streets
Lot C - Shuttle
Lot C is the primary designated parking for our dancers. It is a short walking distance from the ballroom. A sidewalk runs along one side of E Peterson and fence line along the other side.
For those that do not want to walk, one of our dancers, Jackie Howarth, has volunteered to shuttle dancers to/from Lot C before the workshop, during the dinner break and after the workshop.
We intend to have a designated location for pick/up in Lot C (assuming winds cooperate).
Food & Drink
Snacks & Water
Bottles of water and a variety of snacks will be available through out the day. An ice maker is also on site.
Dinner
We will be offering a buffet of sandwiches, wraps, side salads, chips and desser. For those requesting a Chef Salad, we will still offer you an individual boxed salad w/ dressings on the side.
Drinks
We will supply bottled water throughout the day. During dinner we will also offer a carafe of Lemonade.
