Sponsor:
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Queen City Line Dance Classic (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on April 15th, 2026 and ends on May 1st, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”)
How to Enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
1. Automatic Entry with Eligible Purchase:
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each qualifying purchase made at the event. Additional entries may be awarded based on purchase value or promotional offers, as disclosed at the point of sale.
2. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before May 1, 2026, and received by May 8, 2026.
Participants may submit multiple mail-in entries; however, each entry must be mailed separately in its own envelope and must comply with all entry requirements. Each properly submitted mail-in entry will be counted as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
General Entry Conditions:
All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Prize:
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) weekend pass to the Queen City Line Dance Classic
- Three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations at the Hilton Charlotte University Place
- Check-in: Thursday, February 18
- Check-out: Sunday, February 21
- Room type: One (1) King Bed

Approximate Retail Value:
$725.00
Prize Restrictions:
Prize covers room and tax only. Winner is responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to incidentals, transportation, parking, meals, and any additional hotel charges. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified via [email/phone] within 7 days of drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Release:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
Publicity:
Except where prohibited, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Governing Law:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
