Gary is heading to the States for a number of events in 2024. He reached out and said he had a few days, during his travels, to stop through Charlotte, and we jumped at the chance to host him at a workshop.
On Monday, April 22nd, Donna and Craig will be hosting a 1-day Gary O’Reilly Workshop at Charlotte’s largest ballrooms, The Infinity Ballroom in Charlotte.
We will host a workshop from 12:00p – 5:00p followed by an evening social from 6:00p – 9:30p. We are offering 3 different packages Full Day (including workshop, food, and evening social), Workshop only, and Social only.

We have secured a block of rooms at both the ‘tru by Hilton Lake Pointe” and “Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Pointe”.
$109 (plus tax) for Sunday and/or Monday night. Includes free hot breakfast and airport shuttle to/from the Charlotte-Douglas (CLT) Airport.

Transportation
The Infinity Ballroom does offer ample on-street parking as well as a lot within walking distance of the ballroom. Understanding the distance to the lot, we have arranged for a van to transfer dancers to/from the Parking Lot and the Ballroom periodically through the day, as well as stops to the Lynx Scaleybark station if needed.
To/From Hotel
The hotel shuttle will only run to/from the CLT Airport. The hotel is a short distance from the Ballroom. Current UberXL (6 Passengers) pricing is approximately $15 one way.
