(Required) I, the registering participant, acknowledge that dance is a physically active activity that involves movement, flexibility, strength, and coordination. I understand that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, workshops, and related activities involves the risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, fractures, and other physical injuries. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless The Rusty Spur and Live Love Line, LLP., its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action that may arise from any injury, accident, or illness incurred while participating in dance activities. This includes any injury resulting from negligence, facility conditions, or the actions of other participants.
